De’s Mix

This is my simple, easy, all purpose gluten free flour blend.

My gluten free flour blend

I came up with this flour blend in a desire to keep life simple. I don’t want to take the time to measure out so many cups of this and cups of that.  This blend is easy, and it works well for me for an all-purpose flour blend.  I use Bob’s Red Mill flours for the most part, because they are easily available and are finely ground.

I use one bag each: Sorghum, White RicePotato Starch, and Tapioca flours.  Pour these into a large bowl, and mix well with a spatula.  Use some care when pouring the bags out..this flour will fly all over the place!  Store at room temperature.

I like to use Sorghum, because I like the taste and the nutritional content.  If you can’t find Sorghum Flour, Brown Rice flour makes a great substitute.
